Osteopathy for rehabilitation after injury, an operation or illness

Many patients have very successful surgery but are still uncomfortable or in pain afterwards. Some may still feel that, although they are very much better, they would like some more help and advice.

Back, hip and knee surgery will all need some form of rehabilitation once you have finished with the consultant, just as shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery will.

Many patients may also need help after an illness such as bronchitis which may leave them with residual breathing difficulties.

Many patients in rehabilitation may have questions that they still need answered or just need some clarification on certain points.

What can I do?
How much can I do?
What should I expect?
How can I help myself?
When should I see someone?

These are all questions that we can help you with. Osteopathy and rehabilitation may be able to help greatly, even if the problem has been present for quite some time. We will try to help you get back to normal and be pain free as soon as possible through our gentle treatment, exercise suggestions and guidance.
