Top tips for Injury free Sport.- Visit your GP if you have not exercised before or have taken a prolonged break
- Warm up before, and warm down after exercise.
- Use a personal trainer or coach for correct technique.
- Take time for rest and recovery.
- Keep hydrated!
- Don't work on empty; eat a small meal at least 2 hours before exercising.
- Listen to your body, if it hurts STOP and seek medical advice.
- Gradually increase intensity and time of exercise.
- Wear correct clothing for your sport.
- Choose sports that compliment each other.
