'Structural' Osteopathy (most people think of this as ''Osteopathy'') is the understanding of the Joints, Muscles, Ligaments, tendons and connective tissue of the body, in other words the anatomy,physiology and function of the human body.

In understanding how the body goes wrong or is injured and then adapts . It can then be helped to be restored to optimum function and therefore health i.e. It works properly
