I had been having problems with my hips and lower back, mainly when I was exercising. I came into the Bodycare Clinic looking for advice. I had one session with Sam and I have not had any pain since. The team were really lovely and understanding, there was no pressure in the appointments and I felt very at ease. I would recommend the Bodycare Clinic to anyone who is having any pain in their joints or just want to make sure everything is working properly. I attended the Bodycare Clinic for the first time after suffering from back pain which the doctor diagnosed as sciatica and recommended that I see an osteopath as they specialise in treatment of such conditions.

As i was feeling a little nervous and apprehensive I found Sam to be very reassuring and understanding during our consultation and very professional and gentle during the treatment.

I no longer suffer any back pain as a result of my treatments and have been able to carry on with my training to complete a 26 mile marathon walk!

Straight away I was made to feel relaxed and welcome by Sam's friendly manner, she then asked about my injury + my history + took a genuine interest in my well-being. I came to Bodycare Clinic as a result of a lower back injury. I became a patient of Sam McInerney and right from the initial consultation I immediately felt I was in good hands.

In my line of work it was absolutely critical that I made a full recovery to avoid permanent injury which could have jeopardised my career prospects and I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that I got back to full health as a result of Sam's care and dedication to me as her patient.

When I first started treatment at Bodycare I was barely able to walk and was heavily sedated on pain killers prescribed to me by my GP. From the outset Sam's professionalism and overall excellent osteopathic treatment helped me to a full recovery over the following months and I would recommend anyone to her care without reservation.
